Preferred Service Plan
$189/Year
In addition to a yearly tune up, you will benefit from 15% off any service needed.
Your annual cleaning/tune-up includes:
- Replacing the oil filter cartridge and burner nozzle
- Testing and adjusting the oil burner for maximum efficiency
- Cleaning and checking electrodes and nozzle assembly
- Oiling all motors on burners, fans, and circulators
- Checking and adjusting pump pressure
- Checking all safety and operating controls
- Vacuuming furnace and flue pipe
- Vacuuming chimney base when accessible
Preferred Plus+ Service Plan
$299.00 per year (with system inspection)
This plan includes everything in the Preferred Service Plan, plus it will cover the cost of repair or replacement of:
- Oil burner pump and pump strainer
- Oil burner fan
- Nozzle assembly
- Fan and limit control
- Ignition leads
- Transformer
- Oil burner motor
- Electrodes and leads
- Air cone
- Stack relay
- Blast tube
- Blower motor ($80 limit)
Hot Water Heater Service Plan
$179/Year
Avoid leaks and tank failures, have your water heater serviced each year. Our plan includes:
- Cleaning and adjustment of oil burner and oil motor
- Vacuuming of the heating unit
- Cleaning the chimney base when accessible

Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Service Plan
$189/Year
We run a 16-point inspection on your AC unit & Heat pump. Plus you’ll save 15% on any necessary repairs. This 16-point inspection includes:
- Clean indoor coil
- Clean outdoor condenser coil
- Clean or replace air filters (customer provides)
- Check operating pressures and temperatures
- Test all safety controls for proper operation
- Lubricate all moving parts as needed
- Flush condensate drain and pan to avoid overflow
- Check and adjust blower motor (and belt, when applicable)
- Test temperature drop at return and supply air
- Measure refrigerant
- Check and tighten all electrical connections
- Check voltage and amperage in motors
- Check for worn bearings
- Check compressor contacts
- Inspect start and run capacitors and relays
- Inform customer of equipment condition and recommend suggestions and repairs

Using our state-of-the-art software and a carefully built algorithm, we are able to estimate your family's needs based on historical usage, your home's size, heating preference & degree days to determine your heating oil demands.
Deliveries Are Scheduled as Needed
Using that algorithm, when your tank reaches about 25% full, we look for the optimal time to schedule your delivery based on our existing routes, weather, and availability.
Savings Are Passed Onto You
With the increased efficiency of not having to schedule one-off deliveries, or send a truck out for an emergency fill, we are able to pass on our savings to our automatic customers.
